In order to enhance RKG's expertise in business technology, audits, business and non-profit financial statements and valuations, Murray Greenberg was welcomed into the firm in the mid-90s.
Murray spent his youth surrounded by numbers, having worked closely as the bookkeeper for his father's business. A career in accounting just seemed like a natural progression.
He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University in 1979, and began his career as an accountant at Goldenberg Rosenthal where he worked for 17 years. He joined RKG as a partner in 1996.
At Robin Kramer & Green, he oversees audits and the preparation of financial statements and tax returns for both profit and non-profit organizations. He has extensive knowledge in preparing and reviewing financial projections, as well as audits of trade associations, law firms and real estate and construction companies. He also conducts computer and operational reviews, and assists in the installation of automated systems. He is equally expert in providing business valuation services in the areas of litigation support, estate planning, divorce mediation and buy-sell agreements, and is QuickBooks certified.
Murray is a member of the Management Consulting Services Section of the American Institute of CPAs, the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, and the Florida Institute of CPAs. He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Construction Financial Management Association, the American Society of Association Executives and the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives.
Murray has spoken locally on Not-for-Profit Taxation, and nationally on accounting for health care agencies.
Murray and his wife Sharon reside in Havertown, PA. They have two sons.
